Job Description

• Collaboration with team responsible for editing and providing updates to web pages using one or more content management systems. • Removal of deprecated pages as directed. • Addition of provided content and PDFs to web pages. • Collaboration with team to QA newly created and edited web pages. • Proven work experience as a Content Editor, Web Editor, or similar role. • Review and edit written content for web pages including articles, blog posts, marketing materials, etc. • Ensure that written content adheres to style guides, brand guidelines, and industry standards. • Collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to post compelling and engaging content. • Conduct research and fact-checking as needed to verify the accuracy of information presented in written materials.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. • Familiarity with content management systems. • Ability to work independently and with a team, managing multiple competing priorities. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality control. • Adept at managing projects from start to finish, adhering to deadlines and quality standards. • 3-5 years of experience in content editing, copywriting, or similar role. • Hands-on experience with content management systems, Adobe or Sitecore (an advantage), or other relevant CMS programs. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. • Strong portfolio displaying writing and editing skills in a variety of formats and styles. • Excellent writing and editing skills in English. • Attention to detail. • College Degree in English, Marketing, or Design
