Job Description

• Lead a full-stack engineering team comprising backend and mobile engineers • Drive improvements to business metrics and build new features • Create roadmap and drive its implementation • Recruit and mentor engineers • Provide technical leadership • Manage cross-functional relationships • Support team in maintaining stability • Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a management capacity leading teams • Managed a team of 4 or more engineers • Experience with distributed systems microservices and event-driven architecture • Creative, tenacious problem solver • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams • Great with people and inspiring others • Ready to handle technical challenges
