Job Location: California
Salary: $74,000 - $92,000 a year
Job Description
• Align business objectives with employees and management • Serve as a trusted consultant/advisor on HR related issues • Leads talent management efforts • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR
Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; MHRM or MBA preferred • Minimum 5 years progressive Human Resources experience • Must be proficient in English; proficiency in Spanish a plus • PHR or SPHR preferred
