Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience • 2+ years of experience hiring for e-commerce roles • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels and tools • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail • Global hiring experience is a huge plus
