Product Manager - User Fraud

Job Description

• Lead our strategy for detecting artificial users on the Spotify platform • Play a key role in our Account Security workstream, detecting Account Takeovers and feeding back any attack vectors to support other teams working in this area • Partner with a cross functional team to devise and deliver new ways of catching abusive behavior • Collaborate with business collaborators to ensure the impact of your work is visible and that partner input is appropriately integrated into your roadmap • Develop and own a clear roadmap for the team over a six month cycle to meaningfully reduce the amount of artificial activity on the platform • Lead product development from 0 to 1, ensuring that new functionality is effective and can be rolled out safely

Qualifications

• You are data-led and have experience solving adversarial problems • You have experience in Fraud/Security, and/or have a good understanding of the current industry position in this area • You move quickly, delivering impact early and often in a product cycle • You are ambitious, capable of tackling loosely defined problems and translating sophisticated thinking into practical application for diverse audiences • You are output focused, ensuring that the team is working on the most impactful initiatives • You are a storyteller, able to motivate your team and stakeholders with powerful narratives • You are able to balance short and long term priorities, delivering value at all steps • You are an interdisciplinary thinker, skilled at blending different perspectives in pursuit of a mission
