Lead Product Manager, Search & Discovery

Job Description

• Define product vision and strategy for Turo’s guest search and discovery experience, in collaboration with your team and key stakeholders • Work with our research, analytics, and data science teams to deeply analyze and understand the guest experience as well as industry trends, synthesizing user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications • Partner closely with our design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to execute on your roadmap and build outstanding products on iOS, Android, and Web • Analyze and report on key product initiatives to leadership, product teams, and other key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience working with product development teams prioritizing, building, and shipping world-class product experiences in an agile environment • PM experience commensurate with a lead role • Suitable domain experience — ideally B2C and expertise in search / discovery or similar space • Collaborative, low-ego approach to working with others, valuing teamwork and collective problem-solving • Outstanding judgment and product sense • Sharp analytical skills and experience working with data science
