Manager, Deal Desk Operations

Job Description

• Lead Deal Desk Operations for existing & prospective customers • Drive Deal Desk workflow process and ensure cross-functional stakeholders are engaged • Build and maintain deal calculator to model various deal criteria • Advise on deal economics and develop pricing strategies • Partner with multiple teams for high-impact deal solutions • Develop and maintain deal planning tools for operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience • Experience in deal desk operations and commercial aspects • Ability to partner with multiple teams within the business • Expertise in cross-functional leadership • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
