Job Location: San Francisco, California

Salary: $140,000 - $240,000 a year

Job Description

• Partnering with founders and product engineering team to deliver new full stack features across sales workflow • Creating PRDs based on feature requests, user interviews, and issue reports • Owning tactical work post-feature release including user research, teaching users, creation of guides, and tracking product metrics • Scaling new features by translating commercial business needs into technical solutions • Designing User experiences and creating prototypes • Understanding user needs and translating them into AI-driven experiences • Solving technical challenges in AI-powered realtime collaboration • Various technical challenges including Concurrency, Realtime audio AI, Latency, Smart call funnels, Conversation embeddings, Integrations, Frontend performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior professional experience across engineering and product in a hyper-growth/entrepreneurial/tech environment, preferably in B2B SaaS • Minimum 2 years of experience in a tech startup environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field • demonstrated track record of breaking down complicated problems and leading high-impact projects • Strong UX intuitions and ability to wireframe improved UX flows • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
