Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, with an emphasis on finding values-aligned top technical talent. This includes sourcing, managing candidate pipelines, and interview preparation for both candidates and hiring teams. • Collaborate closely with leaders and hiring managers across the business to develop a deep understanding of their portions of the business, formulate talent profiles and hiring strategies, structure interview processes and serve as a strategic thought partner • Develop and improve upon candidate experience in order to ensure all candidates go through a standardized interview process and ensure Grindr is able to continue to attract top talent. • Source candidates through creative channels and proactively manage and build a talent pipeline • Meticulous ownership of assigned requisitions in Greenhouse in order to allow for accurate candidate assessment and data collection • Collect, analyze, and share feedback and actionable insights to continuously enhance our hiring process here at Grindr. You'll have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement and streamline scheduling efficiency
Qualifications
• 7+ years in full-cycle technical recruiting at a tech company • Demonstrate a strategic mindset on moderately complex projects and align strategies with company and team goals. • Willingness to roll up sleeves, build necessary tools and processes independently, and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment. • Based in one of Grindr’s hubs (Chicago, SF, Palo Alto, NYC) • Experience recruiting at a similarly sized public or late-stage company • Familiarity with the user community
