Job Description

• Shape company culture and support employees • Ensure smooth employee lifecycle • Refine HR policies and optimize HRIS processes • Align immigration practices to business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 3-5 years of experience in HR or people operations roles • Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail • Excellent communication and trust-building skills • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices • Experience managing immigration cases • Proficiency in HR software and tools (Rippling and Lattice a plus) • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Strong program management skill set and ability to measure and iterate • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations across the US - California and NY in particular • Experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments, preferably startups
