Senior Product Designer

Job Description

• We are looking for a product designer with hands-on experience building digital products and services from end-to-end. As a designer at Abridge, you would work within a small, intrepid team of engineers, researchers, and creatives to understand the needs of patients and doctors, explore user- and machine-generated content, and shape your insights into compelling mobile and web experiences that break free from the stale paradigms of modern healthcare technology. One key initiative you will be involved in is building AI driven revenue cycle management and clinical documentation improvement products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products (web & mobile). • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in design (or related field). • Whether you’ve worked in healthcare or engaged with it as a patient or caregiver, you quickly find yourself getting fired up when offered the chance to change it for the better. • You know your way around Figma in your sleep. • You have a perfectionist’s eye for crisp interactions and visuals, but a pragmatist’s drive to ship products on time. • You’re an empathetic communicator with a broad toolkit and know how to get your points across in-person or remotely. • You are comfortable embracing ambiguity and energized by exploring divergent approaches to a problem.
