Solutions Architect

Job Description

• You will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative, scalable, and high-performance technical solutions that meet the needs of our clients and contribute to the success of our business • The ideal candidate is comfortable conversing with C-levels and able to clearly articulate and summarize complex technical concepts • You will work cross-functionally with GTM, Product, R&D, Ops, Data and more in ensuring client success • You will be working with the company’s foremost technical developments and supporting some of our most high-profile clients • This role will be based in our New York, NY office

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions • Strong attention to detail • Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Proactive and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills • Experience with Application Programming Interface (API’s), SaaS based products and technologies, strong PPT and presentation skills, MS excel, Figma/Miro, Salesforce, Azure, etc. • Strong business understanding and basic comfort with commercials and contracts • Solid analytical, problem solving and leadership skills • Ability to anticipate issues and take steps to mitigate to avoid/ quickly resolve, with the interpersonal capability to ensure they are implemented • Fintech background strongly preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Willingness to travel
