UX Copywriter

Job Description

• The UX Copywriter is responsible for crafting copy that brings behavioral science to life across Lirio’s suite of Precision Nudging solutions and supporting collateral • Working closely with our team of behavioral designers, content designers, researchers, product professionals, and visual designers to write message components for various platforms • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all content and will own the team’s internal quality assurance process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field • 3-5 years of relevant experience • Experience writing for diverse audiences (e.g. cross-cultural experience) • Experience in marketing, content design, journalism, or communications • Some work experience in healthcare, digital health, behavioral science, or a related field is nice to have • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and tools such as Figma, Sketch, Mural, or Miro is a plus but not required • Background in behavioral or health sciences is a plus but not required • Strong writing and proofreading skills are a must, including comfort with writing for both professional and consumer audiences • Must have ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with technical teams
