Customer Success Project Manager

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Ridgeline enterprise cloud software for investment management customers • Define and deliver an agreed upon scope of services in a project management capacity • Directly engage in and complete critical project tasks to support team efforts and project success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study • 5+ years of experience leading investment management software implementations in a customer-facing role • Investment management industry knowledge of front office and back office systems, workflows and processes • Ability to work independently with general direction and guidance
