Event Program Manager

Job Description

• Twitch is looking for an Event Program Manager to support Twitch's first party global community convention, TwitchCon • Manage the Community Call for Content process and selection, Featured Streamer program, and the onsite event content operations • Opportunity for an organized event program manager to join the team and make a significant contribution building in person events that connect the Twitch community like nowhere else • High visibility across multiple teams and directly with streamers • Partner and speaker involvement includes general session engagements, panel discussions, and exhibit hall stages • Report directly to the Global Events Lead

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing large-scale programming for in person events • Experience defining program requirements and using metrics to determine improvements • Experience directly working with influencers or celebrities, and building programs reliant on talent • Capability to move easily between changing work environments and driving ongoing process improvement • Experience working with a leadership team to implement action plans that increase • revenues and improve performance • Experience working across multiple teams and disciplines • Willing to travel more than 30 days a year
