Senior Director, Global Marketing
Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $190,000 - $215,000 a year
Job Description
• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Director of Global Digital Marketing to lead our Demand Generation marketing, digital marketing, media partnerships, international marketing team, and SEO. • Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives high ROI campaigns, thought leadership, new customer acquisition, and digital marketing (SEM/Social/Display). • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. • Manage Prove’s Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display campaigns. • Lead and manage a global team of marketing professionals to focus on results and driving meaningful high ROI campaigns. • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with the company's goals. • Develop and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the marketing efforts.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing or management consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing, digital marketing, and content marketing strategies. • Managed digital marketing single handedly at an agency or company. • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience in the software, financial, or technology industries is preferred. • Bonus points for demonstrated expertise or certifications in digital marketing, event marketing, or MBA. • Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership. • Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training. • Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies
