Job Description

• Create positive and memorable experiences for customers that build brand loyalty • Accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while servicing customers • Participate in general store maintenance, cleanliness & upkeep • Support the initiatives of the leadership team to drive sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence • Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet business needs • Support other brands in the market/cluster under the Leap umbrella for new store openings, activations and/or additional coverage • Embrace learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, apps, etc. • Capable and willing to perform opening and closing tasks in the store; potential to carry store keys • Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience; background in similar category preferred • Comfortability working with/using a ladder and lifting a maximum of 50lbs
