Senior Executive Assistant
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 a year
Job Description
• Partner with Executive Team members to set them up for success • Manage complex calendars and prioritize needs • Organize and facilitate team meetings • Arrange travel and develop itineraries • Hold Leadership Team members accountable to deadlines and responsibilities
Qualifications
• 7-10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an executive team member • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Excellent communication skills • Energy and proactiveness • Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally • Anticipating needs with high EQ and professionalism • Organizational skills • Willingness to be in office 5 days/week
