Job Description
• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Customer Success department • Lead and mentor high-performing teams • Drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term customer relationships • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to thought leadership content
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 8-10 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field • Expertise in media measurement and data services • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics • Experience renewing, upselling, cross-selling into current clients
