Salary: $75,069 - $115,106 a year
Job Description
• Create, edit, and publish knowledge base articles and support content • Manage content in a fast-paced product development environment • Ensure accuracy and reliability of knowledge base for customers • Collaborate with support and technical teams to identify new content needs
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably with focus on knowledge base content or software documentation
