Senior Data Scientist- Marketing

Job Description

• Work on data science applications in Ecommerce and digital marketing analytics • Communicate analytics approach to business partners • Design and maintain email campaigns, offer optimization, CLTV estimation, and more • Lead data analytic and modeling approaches collaboratively • Create scalable models incorporated into analytic data products • Collaborate, coach, and learn with a team of Data Scientists • Stay connected with external sources through conferences • Support demands from regulators, investor relations, etc.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field • 4+ years of Data Science experience • Extensive knowledge in email marketing, online marketing, and retail personalization • Strong marketing modeling capability in various areas • Strong Python coding skills with ML ops knowledge preferred • Excellent domain knowledge in retail/Ecom marketing • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills • Bias for action, prioritization, time management • Proactive, curious, can-do attitude, flexible personality
