Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $135,000 - $205,000 a year
Job Description
• Provide legal advice on a diverse array of topics • Manage day-to-day legal matters • Spearhead essential business initiatives • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements • Stay up to date on legal and regulatory requirements • Leverage technology to automate and streamline processes • Support corporate governance activities
Qualifications
• Are a junior attorney with either law firm or in-house experience • Creative problem solver • Strong attention to detail • Comfortable making sense of high-volume and sometimes contradictory information • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. state
