Counterparty Risk Manager

Job Description

• The Risk Manager will serve as a member of the global Treasury team • Analyze financial statements and prepare concise credit analysis to determine credit worthiness • Monitor, evaluate and recommend adjustments to risk grades and limits for counterparties • Apply counterparty/credit risk management best practices and models • Prepare regular reports on treasury risk metrics and performance • Provide analysis and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to optimize risk management processes

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting • 5+ years of relevant financial risk experience • Demonstrated ability to research, write and present complex financial materials in a concise, coherent and professional manner • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and risk management principles. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented and global environment. Can take initiative and produce high quality work independently • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. • Good quantitative and financial modeling skills • Proficiency in relevant software and analytical tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Excel). • Analytical, detail oriented and data driven
