Director, Legal Entity Treasury

Job Description

• As the Legal Entity Treasurer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of treasury operations, financial management, regulatory compliance, collateral optimization, and transfer pricing for our legal entities. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in finance, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the broker-dealer industry • Combining highly-skilled product and engineering talent with seasoned finance professionals, the goal is to create a single source-of-truth platform for every asset class, in every country, and in any currency.

Qualifications

• At least eight (8) years of professional experience in Liquidity Management or Treasury function within a financial services setting • Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or similar quantitative disciplines • A breadth of experience and understanding of liquidity risk management for our business and product lines • In depth financial market knowledge across equities, fixed income, capital markets and investment banking • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with business heads, Risk, Finance, Operations and other corporate functions • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing workstreams and issues simultaneously through effectively working with others in Treasury, other internal departments and senior management • Analytical skills to effectively drive execution and take ownership with limited supervision • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to prepare, synthesize and present detailed information to stakeholders across all levels of the organization • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
