IT Operations Technician

Job Description

• As an IT Operations Technician, you will be supporting the various IT needs of Brex employees across all departments and teams • Your role will be to unblock other employees' work by resolving tickets quickly and efficiently • Provide excellent customer service by utilizing creative thinking and problem-solving skills • Work within the IT Support Team to build more mature systems and support IT projects across many teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience • Strong Apple support experience • Desire to learn new technologies and skills • Ability to handle support tickets in line with SLAs • Ability to work in the San Francisco office as needed
