Associate General Counsel, Product, Card (Remote)
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $260,000 - $325,000 a year
Job Description
• Help grow and continuously improve commercial card product • Be a subject matter expert on card regulation and networks • Provide strategic advice on risk and regulatory ambiguity • Collaborate with stakeholders to find creative solutions • Draft and negotiate partnership and commercial agreements
Qualifications
• Deep experience in card regulation • 8+ years working experience in law firms and fintech companies • Familiarity with federal, state, and international laws • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Law degree and admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction • Team player mentality • Bonus: Experience working with Privacy and Security, interacting directly with regulatory agencies
Benefits
• Expected salary range $260,000 - $325,000 • Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided • Total compensation package
