Senior Counsel, Litigation & Risk (Remote)

Job Description

• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks • Provide expertise on disputes from communications to resolution • Collaborate with various stakeholders for creative solutions • Manage costs effectively with outside counsel • Monitor legal trends and impact on company

Qualifications

• 6+ years working experience in law firms and in-house, with fintech experience preferred • Deep experience in litigation and arbitration • Experience managing outside counsel for disputes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Law degree and admitted to practice

Benefits

• Expected salary range $224,000 - $280,000 • Starting salary depends on various factors • Equity and other compensation forms possible based on package
