CRM Manager, Reactivation

Job Description

• Lead resurrection growth strategies across CRM channels • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders • Strategize, plan and execute multichannel reactivation campaigns • Improve conversion rates within reactivation funnel • Optimize segmentation strategy • Test, optimize and scale new incremental enhancements • Collaborate with various teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing with an emphasis in D2C subscription reactivation • Experience using CRM/ESP tools such as Braze, Iterable or Customer.io • Strong understanding of multichannel CRM strategy • A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record or relevant experience • Leadership skills • Collaborative attitude • Experience with data analytics platforms • Passion for food and marketplaces
