Job Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $117,000 - $153,000 a year
Job Description
• Lead, define and prioritize business functional requirements • Accountable and proactive in driving progress and achieving objectives • Excellent stakeholders management and communication skills • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users • Stay current on Salesforce best practices and industry trends
Qualifications
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role • Minimum of 2 years of business application implementation experience • Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certifications preferred • Experience in implementing and customizing CPQ • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
