Job Description
• We are looking for experienced AirTable Expert to administer our AirTable instance. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building new functionalities, enhancing existing ones, managing roles and access, responding to support requests, and training new users. • This role involves close collaboration with product managers to develop interfaces that aid the team in completing tasks, creating, and tracking information, and deriving insightful connections between related data. • The Air Table Expert will also be tasked with building integrations between customer system and AirTable, as well as developing automations to streamline processes. • Administer the AirTable instance, ensuring its optimal performance and security. • Design and implement new functionalities within AirTable to meet the evolving needs of the business. • Enhance existing AirTable functionalities to improve user experience and efficiency. • Manage user roles and access permissions to maintain data integrity and compliance. • Promptly respond to support requests from the team, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. • Conduct training sessions for new users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize AirTable effectively. • Work collaboratively with product managers to build user-friendly interfaces that facilitate task completion and information management. • Create and maintain documentation that tracks information flow and data relationships within AirTable. • Develop integrations between AirTable and other eBay systems to create a cohesive technology ecosystem. • Design and implement automations within AirTable to optimize team workflows and productivity.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related STEM field. • At least 4-6 years of experience in a similar position at a large technology company. • Advanced skills in administering and managing AirTable instances. • Proven ability to build and enhance functionalities within AirTable. • Experience with roles and access management within a collaborative tool. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities. • Highly analytical mindset with the capacity to think outside the box. • Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently. • Demonstrated initiative in improving team efficiency and processes.
