Director of Software Engineering

Job Description

• Lead teams of Engineers and Managers towards a more streamlined operational methodology • Fine-tune tech stack and mentor the team • Ensure software development architecture is scalable and in tune with product engineering teams • Hybrid work model with 2-3 days in Palo Alto office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent industry experience • At least 12 years in engineering and 10 years in a leadership capacity • Extensive experience in cloud-based architecture and platform engineering • Strategic thinking abilities • Strong advocate for operational excellence
