Technical Account Manager, Application Support Engineering
Job Location: Bay Area, California
Salary: $143,000 - $173,000 a year
Job Description
• Drive the delivery of software development projects ensuring key milestones and business needs are met • Coordinate with customers to understand business needs and identify software solutions • Serve as a project manager for cross-functional teams to plan and execute development schedules • Apply technical acumen to provide design alternatives and resolve operational issues • Coordinate testing of integrations in a distributed client-server environment • Monitor Zuora software systems for system design and validation • Serve as the primary contact for technical incidents and account inquiries • Develop action plans for account holders and track ongoing incidents throughout the support lifecycle
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field • 2 years of software design, development, testing, and implementation experience • Experience with technical account management, enterprise application support, customer service, databases, systems troubleshooting, and various programming languages
