Member of Legal, Commercial Counsel
Job Location: Remote
Job Description
• Legal negotiator to assist with documentation of core services • Assist in improving existing agreements and implementing changes • Monitor client agreement workflows and advise as primary legal counsel • Engage with different groups to understand historical transactions and execute global strategy • Communicate complex issues clearly across different audiences • Organize and execute cross-team goals and projects
Qualifications
• J.D. degree and 2-4 years of experience • Background in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts • Enthusiasm for crypto and understanding of crypto industry laws/regulations • Close attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects • Ability to balance commercial and legal realities
