Integrated Services, Program Manager

Job Description

• Drive key initiatives across integrated services as directed • Facilitate cross-program collaboration and best practice sharing • Identify critical areas for improvement, and work with the team to implement solutions as appropriate • Collaborate with analytics to automate key workflows and processes • Partner with other leaders to facilitate open communication and effective problem solving that guides high staff morale and excellent participant satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, professional experience may be substituted • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare operations and process improvement • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Demonstrated experience prioritizing in a fast-paced environment • Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evening nights and weekends • Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of time • Must be willing and able to be onsite in WelbeHealth centers or community 50%+ of days
