Program Manager, DPS
Job Location: Remote
Salary: $64,500 - $110,400 a year
Job Description
• Responsible for executing on strategic programs focused on new product development and service optimization initiatives • Partner with cross functional teams to take program scope and objectives, establish project plans, manage deliverables within set timelines, lead project team meetings, and manage status communications to executive leadership • Manage projects against established scope, objectives, and success criteria • Hold the project team accountable to meeting established success metrics, including clearly defined and documented KPIs • Ensure exceptional working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels; lead project workstream working groups and be accountable for direct deliverables • Review and monitor operating metrics trends and results; partner with Product and Analytics to obtain new or updated visibility into data when necessary
Qualifications
• 4+ years professional experience with 2+ years of project management experience, preferably within a Healthcare Organization, Operations, or Technology function • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Finance, or related field • Demonstrated experience managing a project through a full lifecycle and delivery of business outcomes • High attention to detail in managing project timelines and metrics • Demonstrated ability leading a project team against set project timelines • Strong written and verbal communication skills to various audiences, including executive leadership level • High emotional intelligence, including the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing to various audiences • Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity who thrives in fast-paced and multifaceted environments and is able to deliver within defined timeframes • Advanced skills in MS Office or Google Suite; specifically MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs • Ability to travel up to 10% (if not located in the DFW Metro)
