Job Description

• Provide strong, dynamic leadership to diverse set of teams offshore • Build partnerships with stakeholders • Translate Customer Support vision and strategy • Anticipate, identify, and resolve challenges • Design and review metrics • Make technology decisions • Manage vendor relationships • Gather requirements and articulate product features • Maintain professional knowledge and track emerging trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related fields • 8+ years of experience leading a Global Customer Service organization • Experience in managing diverse Customer Service functions • Analytical experience building and analyzing models • Program management experience • Experience managing offshore teams
