Senior Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting Manager

Job Description

• Manage the preparation and timely submission of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. • Oversee the implementation of new accounting standards and ensure compliance with changes in regulations. • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure adherence to audit requirements. • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. • Provide technical guidance to finance and accounting teams on complex accounting issues. • Participate in cross-functional teams to support financial reporting initiatives. • Stay current on industry trends, accounting principles, and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is required. • Possess proven experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, and regulatory compliance. • Have a strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. • Display excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Are able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Are proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. • Have experience in managing a team and leading projects.
