Lead Instructor: IT Business Analyst

Job Description

• Lead virtual classroom sessions for a range of Fellows. • Deliver instruction on key concepts related to IT business analysis areas. • Oversee the management of class time Q&A and monitor chat flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role. • Extensive knowledge of business needs assessment, process modeling, and requirements gathering techniques. • Proficiency in SQL and database management. • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. • Familiarity with ITIL fundamentals and IT service management. • Proven experience with CASE tools and business analysis software. • Previous teaching or training experience in a professional or academic setting. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of making complex topics accessible. • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing others.
