Software Engineer (L2)

Job Description

• This position is needed to help the Email Accounts engineering team build and maintain the email communications platform • Work on a critical platform that supports daily interactions from thousands of customers worldwide • Self-motivated individual, passionate about large-scale software design, development, deployment, and operation • Support production operations, building, releasing and assisting with team on-call • Craft clear and concise documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience with highly-available applications in a modern programming language. Go (preferred), Python, Scala, Java, or C++. • Experience building and maintaining reliable, robust, and performant software that is scalable, testable and supportable. • Recent experience designing and building RESTful API’s. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
