Sr Director, HR Technology

Job Description

• Lead the global HR Technology team, delivering system solutions and innovation to Twilions globally. • Play a critical role in shaping and optimizing the HR technology stack, focused on delivering innovative technologies. • Oversee the design, configuration, and optimization of HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow. • Drive continuous improvement and stay abreast of emerging technologies. • Partner with People stakeholders to deliver new AI driven platforms. • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance

Qualifications

• Proven experience (8+ years) in HR technology leadership roles. • Strong knowledge of Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, and other Talent platforms. • Ability to lead a global, matrixed organization. • Experience establishing HR Tech processes and infrastructure in a high-growth organization, preferably in a high-tech industry. • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive/inductive reasoning, and analytical skills. • Significant business and financial acumen
