Manager, Mid Market Customer Success
Job Location: San Francisco, California
Salary: $180,000 - $210,000 a year
Job Description
• Hire, coach, and develop CSM team • Lead a team of 6-8 Mid-Market CSMs • Own team's metrics and drive plan for success • Partner with other CS leaders • Contribute to company culture and process improvements • Work closely with internal teams for customer success
Qualifications
• 2+ years experience in building and managing CSM teams • 6+ years of experience in customer facing roles • Experience leading customer facing teams • Track record of managing customer renewals and revenue targets • High business acumen and understanding of revenue teams • Experience driving multithreaded relationships with large organizations • High energy leader with excellent collaboration skills • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
