Desktop Support Technician (Temporary)

Job Description

• Provide user support, maintenance and upgrades • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues • Install and manage software applications • Implement security solutions • Maintain inventory of IT assets • Train end-users on new technologies • Assist with network-related tasks • Work closely with Head of IT on various projects

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience • Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks, including troubleshooting techniques • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven self-starter with strong attention to detail • Outstanding interpersonal skills
