AI Intern - Customer Operations

Job Description

• We're looking for a proactive and analytical intern to join our Customer Operations team as an AI Intern • In this role, you'll work closely with the Customer Support Operations Manager to drive forward projects related to AI integration within our support systems • Your insights and contributions will be crucial in improving the effectiveness of our AI tools and enhancing the overall efficiency of our support team

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations • Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and their applications in customer support
