UI/UX Designer

Job Description

• Craft seamless user experiences that leave a lasting impression • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools and frameworks, with a strong emphasis on Bootstrap • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and enhance designs • Independently drive UI / UX changes in applications by creating proposed designs and workflows for more usability • Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in UI / UX design and Bootstrap framework

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) • Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and proficiency in Bootstrap • A desire to work with the existing UI and improve the usability and design interface • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG specifications • An understanding of mobile design and mobile optimization of web applications • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar • A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and responsive web design principles • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, specifically Product and Development teams
