Accountant

Job Description

• Month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, and consolidation • Daily sales billing and AR journal posting and reconciliation • Assist with financial reporting, forecasts, budgeting, and ad hoc reports • Assist with cost accounting and inventory control • Assist with internal control and external audits • Sales and use tax, property, and business tax returns • Accounting projects for multiple entities • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Accounting or business BA or MBA degree preferred • 2+ years of experience in Accounting preferred • Hands-on experience in consolidation, and financial reports • Must be accurate, organized and detail-oriented • Motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good MS Excel and Word skills • Good communication skills, bilingual in English and Chinese • Peoplesoft, SAP ERP experiences preferred
