Job Description
• Manage a team that generates interest for Fireblocks using outbound and inbound tactics • Develop regional strategies for new business development • Train BDRs and ensure team success • Liaise between Sales and BDR teams • Collaborate with Marketing to surface market trends
Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Leadership experience in sales or marketing • Ability to shift strategies efficiently • Strong data analysis skills • Cross functional experience • Background in FinTech preferred • Understanding of crypto and/or financial sector preferred
