Product Manager – Mecklenburg County

Job Description

• Lead the delivery of high-quality products and systems • Collaborate with public health agencies and technical teams • Oversee delivery of technical solutions from concept to release • Contribute to product strategy and success metrics • Be strategic and tactical in defining product strategy • Build relationships with partners • Provide product management advice and guidance • Fully remote work arrangement for U.S. based candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management • Experience developing a product vision and strategy • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing CRM systems • Experience with project management methodologies and principles • Experienced in change management and risk management • Strong understanding of technical concepts and legacy systems • Knowledge of user experience design and user research principles

Benefits

• Salary Range: $115,000-$165,000, plus benefits • Remote work with U.S. based candidates • Grant funded, limited-term opportunity • Position End Date: June 30, 2025
