Associate, Product Management

Job Description

• Leading the development and execution of a data-driven product roadmap within the healthcare domain • Working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and customer success • Gathering requirements, clarifying scope, and communicating priorities with stakeholders • Defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements • Maintaining and executing data product roadmap • Monitoring key product metrics and conducting regular reviews to assess product performance • Serving as primary point of contact for all product-related questions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of total work experience demonstrating increasing complexity and scope in roles and responsibilities • 2+ years of experience in product management and/or business analyst role • In-depth understanding of healthcare data, electronic health records (EHR), claims data, and healthcare analytics • Experience overseeing complex data integrations both internally and externally • Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, especially HIPAA • Demonstrated success in developing and executing product roadmaps (preferably in the healthcare sector) • Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple scrum teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
