Salary: $135,000 - $160,000 a year

Job Description

• You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to scale the business and achieve ambitious revenue goals. • Lead high-performing marketing and content teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts across various channels to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition. • Work closely with the product marketing team to create compelling messaging and positioning frameworks. • Regularly brainstorm and implement fresh, innovative ideas for growth in a competitive market, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging new opportunities.

Qualifications

• A strong background in Marketing, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably in demand generation marketing within developer-focused products and communities. • Understanding basic web development principles and working with Engineering teams. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. • Excellent written and communication skills, and can succinctly explain concepts in plain language. • Deep understanding of marketing funnels and user journeys; you care about conversions and UX. • Experience managing and operationalizing a modern marketing tech stack, including tools for reporting/analytics, web editing, marketing automation, and digital marketing. • Excellent project management skills; you pride yourself on keeping the trains running when collaborating cross-functionally.
