Chief of Staff

Job Description

• We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and detail-oriented Chief of Staff to support our CEO and executive team as we execute on our ambitious vision of running the grid 24/7/365 on clean energy. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction, ensuring clear and effective internal and external communication, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 5+ years of experience in a strategic or leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as a startup or scale-up company • Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering results in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively • Deep understanding of the energy industry and emerging technologies is a plus • Passion for sustainability and renewable energy and excited to be an evangelist of the David Energy mission to run the grid on clean energy 24/7

Benefits
